3ds roms – nintendo 3ds roms

So I've been "googling" on pokemon games for the past 2 hours. And so far pokemon online is the only successful one. Yet it is only a battle arena type thing. So the question is: Is there a pokemon mmorpg (massive multiplayer online role play game) that you download, (like pwo, which reminds me: is Pwo shut down, you go to the site and it says that the server is offline?) and play off the web-browser, where you train, catch, and trade pokemon in the wild and with real other people?
